Ok thanks for the info. I have a DC power supply 0-30V and 0-10A and I checked that I should set ~28V and 8A to run it. If it will start, do you have any other tips how to check of it is ok or not? Probably there will be only option to check VHF options? I am in Poland so this kind of stuff...

I'll go see it this weekend probably. Maybe I'll buy it depending on condition :)
