It needs to start at operating RPM. It breaks my heart to do that but it is the proper way to start it.
You will need to pull the throttle approximately 3/4 of the way out from the all the way in position. Once running you can set the rpm to the correct level for 60 hz.

I am in the same boat with you. I can run my whole house 3,500ish feet off of an 802. I had to do a little load management but no real issues. When I have the 003 hooked up I don’t even think about what we do.
Note. I do have propane tankless water heaters and a propane cooktop.
That seems...
Turns out she was half right. It probably did just quit. I pulled it in the garage for a once over and the main DC breaker was thrown. A quick once over and I didn’t see anything that would cause this issue.

Remember you don’t have ABS. It’s boy going to stop like a modern car.
Also the military tires suck in the snow. Definitely air them way down if you can.

I would definitely confirm with a laser temp gun before I got to crazy with the diagnosis.

I am not trying to poop on your post but why wouldn’t you put an actual gasket set on it rather than RTV. That will seal much better and for longer. It could keep you from ever having to do it again.
To the military that’s just one less gasket to stock but for is that don’t have a motor pool...
