The problem is there is no voltage anywhere. I'm wondering if there is a wiring diagram somewhere I can access it. Thanks for the replies. Steel Soldiers has always been a huge help in the past.
I am hoping someone out there can help. I have a M920, the truck has less than 500 miles on it. I am having trouble with the engine retarder or "Jake Brake". Where or what do I need to check first? Thanks
Hi Everyone,
We just got our 1985 M923. The front wheel assist is not working. We can hear the air valve working but it does not lock in the front axle. Any idea of what to start with first?
Thanks for your help,
Glenn and Judy
Hi Everyone,
We are working on our M818. The front axle was leaking oill. We pulled the wheel and saw the seal in the hub but our first question is - Is there a seal in the knuckle? Also we would like to know if you need to pull the wheel to adjust the brakes. Help!
Thanks for all your help...
R Racing, thanks for the info...will do tomorrow. When you say to shift up to 6 then down to R2, meaning every gear until the oil does it's trick? How do we adjust our air governer? Also, how often do you have to add oil to your M920?

Hi R, well I did as you advised. The first time I put in 2 oz and then the remaining 2 oz. The forward gears are much better but the reverse gears are still a problem. It absolutely not go into reverse until at the air pressure exceeds 110 psi. Other time it just will not go into reverse no...
Hi R Racing, thanks for the reply. My truck has been painted and everything is green. Is it the line that comes out of the back of the tank directly under the driver's side door?
Hi, I just got my M920 home and am having some trouble with the CAT 7155 tranny. She will not shift into gear until at least 110lbs pressure and sometimes she just will not shift into gear no matter how much pressure. Geting into reverse seems the most difficult. Any advice? I'm hoping ya'll can...
