not enough numbers in VIN Good idea, but I didn't think about adding a couple of 00 to the front of the vin. I was trying to do the right thing, without changing the vin. But like the above reply the LEO put on the form 5062 that it was a non-standard vin. He said that should take care of it.

Has anyone had trouble getting a title for duece in Missouri because it does not have 17 digits in the serial number? Even if the SF-97 and Arizona title says it did not have one. I looked through other post but could not find the answer I was looking for. Thanks Gerry

I found a rental place close to home to haul one in February. Had to go about 240 miles round trip. The company had a semi with a trailer that would haul up to 50 tons, fold down tail, and winch to pull it on with. They charged me by the hour($85.00) to haul it, was at GL only bout 45...

Thanks those who know. It does have the blue warranty plate on dash with 2-88 and the VIN is 88K2481040-11149 and it did come from the USAF. The best part of it is it only has 3580 miles on it with little to no rust. Thanks for the update. Gerry
