As somebody that has built a crewcab deuce(mine is the Spartan truck), my recommendation is don't. Its a pain in the ass. There is a reason why you cant find someone that will build you one for cheap. Between pie cutting the floor, lining the cabs up, making the roof, making the new floor, etc...

What's the best way to remove the tube for the steering. I've gotte. The 4 bolts removed from the steering box won't come out.

They make great stuff but not looking to spend that much right now. Building a lifted crew cab is expensive so I'm saving money where I can.

Looking for a bracket to add a 12v alt to my deuce. Had one from TM america on my last deuce. Sent him a pm but he never got back with so im not sure if he makes them anymore.

I really want a black rock steering arm. They are very beefy and pretty much a work of art. But I am very impulsive and want to lift it as soon as I can. I'm going to order his lift on the front and doing a 4 link rear on air ride. All of this is going on my crewcab deuce.

Does anyone else make a steering arm for a 8" lift on a deuce? Black rock fab won't be making any for a few months and differential engine in flordia says he doesn't make them anymore.

It has never gotten in the fenders yet. It's been offroad it's far share of times (when people get stuck they call the biggest truck they know). I use a 4x4 treated lumber between the frame and the bed. That's the closest point to rubbing when the suspension articulates. Never have a problem...

They fit on my current deuce just fine.

Is anyone running a set of 53's on some 24 bolt mrap wheels yet. Im currently running Hemit wheels on some 16.00r20's and thinking of running mraps on my other deuce. Wondering if there is a difference on offset, don't want them rubbing the springs on a full turn.

MIne is making a noise in 5th also. It only does it when you on the throttle, as soon as you let off there is no noise. I just noticed it when i put a muffler on and ran the exhaust out the back.
