    The insert (compression sleeve) is attached to the 1/4 brass nut, make sure the old one comes out With the fuel line You can get line from most auto parts stores just make sure it's fuel rated

    It's is all adjust right the TOB dose not touch the fingers, it just seams soft like I need to get the TOB to move Farther engaging the pressure plate a little more than it is now, I don't think it would but would transmission fluid have anything to do with it?

    Ya the wedges are out and I do not have a pto, I can see the fingers On the pressure plate move Through the access on the bottem of the tranny, when i pulled the motor i pulled the tranny also and put them together on the ground before reinstalling them in to the truck

    i just swapped over a new motor in my m35a2 and did a new clutch, plate and seals, everything is new and clean, went through the process of adjustment for the clutch, i had 1.5 free play on the pedal and the rest of the way down it engages the pressure plate, well it is hard to get it in gear...

    The truck is running good, the idle seams to be low like 500 rpm (shakes a little) I like it like about 7-800 rpm to run smother should I use the low idle adjustment in the fuel lever or slight adjustment in the timing? What do you thing is a good idle speed for the m35a2 turbo?

    got her running and tuned perfect. the problem was the fuel pivot arm under the FDC it broke on both sides got a new one put it in and the injector pump works great, then did a quick reset on the timing to make sure it was right, thanks to tom that was easy, heres a few pics

    Don't think I did not try I looked and did my research first before I ever post any thing that's why I don't post much I can find most for the stuff in the TM's but sometimes what you see and what you read don't add up and/or I like to have a 2nd or 3rd opinion on a subject if I question the way...
