It ended up being the relay for the glow plugs actually back feeding and blowing the fuse anytime the key was turned forward. New relay fixed it. 1028 is back on the road :)

Yes I am, i had a spare card laying about that I know is good. I replaced my old card and gonna see how it goes.

Started at 14v and went down to around 11v

I just went through the diagnosis, everything checked out alright.

Do you any way of diagnosing this? I just pulled all my plugs out, thankfully none were swelled.

After changing all the glow plugs the relay started working normal again and truck fired right up. Now I’ve managed to crack one of my heater core tubes getting that pain of the passenger glow plug out. Looks like I’ll have plenty to keep my busy this week...

Card is out and doesn’t look burnt up anywhere like I’ve seen on other peoples cards, so hopefully I can get this cleaned up and it works!

This should just pull straight out now? Or is there something else I need to do first?

The 25 down to 13 is at the glow plug itself. Thank you for the reply also. Guess it’s probably time to pull my card and check it out most likely

I have 25v in at the top of my relay, 13v at the bottom and 25 initially on the turn of the key that drops to ~13v after a couple seconds. The relay is getting grounded but it doesn’t stay on long normally shutting off again after just a second.
