Yes, M1009 and no bent bracket, put the truck up on jack stands and checked all the bearings but didn't find anything I thought to be a bad bearing. All I found was a bad caliper that needs replaced.
Over the winter I snapped the rear passenger side axle and got it all fixed up. Bought a kit from summit with a bearing, seal, shaft and new lugs and studs. Put about 800 miles on it since then.

Had a caliper go out about a week ago, changed it and everything was good until this morning. Had almost no brakes and discovered a slight puddle of fluid on the ground under the caliper.
Bled the line and their still very spongy and I cant seem to figure out why it's leaking. aua

New problem, the shaft I pulled does not fit. Lugs are bigger in diameter and the shaft I pulled is longer. I thought it was out of a 10 bolt but I guess not, maybe they changed the design over the years?
Long story short, broke an axle shaft on my m1009, bought a new shaft, went too put it in and rounded the bolt that holds the gear pin in.
I have no idea how to get it out and need my 1009 running before tomorrow as its my DD.
