Spin on fuel filter problem

Just finished the fuel filter conversion on my 1009. Followed all the instructions and it fired right up. Went inside for a half hour or so then headed back out to discover a nice big puddle of fuel under the truck. All my connections are solid and no leaks are coming from the new filter or lines. Small collection of fuel below the injection pump but the line going into the pump is snug.

Confused where the leak is coming from

Thinking it is leaking on the IP supply line down the valley of the engine or you have an IP leak.

Supply line seems good.

The leak seems to be coming from the throttle shaft

The thread on here that explains what you need and how to do it. Truck runs fine now just leaks out the pump when I shut it off.
