If you recently installed the motor did you backspace the converter properly? Can eat up a pump in a few miles if it’s too tight. Once the pump goes then pressures fall and clutches,etc fail short after.

How did you measure the bore? A dedicated bore gauge or snap gauges you transfer to micrometers? The second method takes patience to get right and you need to measure side to side and not front to back. The piston will rock in the bore and will wear slightly oblong as a result.

Any resolution on this? If you let ethanol fuel sit in the Jeep it’s hydroscopic (absorbs water) so it can ruin a fuel system in short time. Sounds like you could have a fuel issue or ignition.
Good luck but I’ve had very little success bringing a battery that deeply discharged back to life.
Search online as Optima has a section specifically on deeply discharged AGM batteries. Has 3 options on how to recover the batt.
