ibis tek 24" light bar pin out diagram

Yes, go to this thread below (Ibis Tek Light Control Box), I posted the manuals that you can download. It helps understand the wiring for the lights. https://www.steelsoldiers.com/threads/ibis-tek-light-control-box.214740/#post-2533426

    Ibis Tek light control Box

There are over 100 pages on the instructions. A lot of them are regarding the bracket mounts and so forth. So I am only including the ones that show most of the electrical connections. The file was too large to upload as one so I had to create two. One thing I should mention, when I first...

HMMWV in limp mode no trans light

This is how I did mine. The fat wire goes to the plus on the back battery. By back battery we mean that you have two batteries under the seat one sits in front of the other. You want to connect to the + on the battery that sits towards the back of the seat as in the picture.

    Ibis Tek light control Box

Yes I did figure it out. Turns out those are not power inputs at all but are reserved for some accessories. Was able to get my hands on the instructions for the whole light set up and it made it much easier to understand how it works. The power comes through the main large plug. I ended up...

    Ibis Tek light control Box

I have one of the Ibis Tek light control boxes with all the proper wiring and all the lights that go with it however when connected the most I can get the control box to do is move the remote control light but no lights. There are two sets of wiring that go to the power source. One comes out...

ibis tek 24" light bar pin out diagram

Thanks, I looked inside the box and could not find a solenoid. Attached are pics of what is inside. The 2 pin port seems to go to the mother board to a plug that says power/blackout

ibis tek 24" light bar pin out diagram

I realize this is an old thread but I am hoping someone might be able to help me figure this out. I have the Ibis Tek light control box, all the wiring and the remote control light. The wiring seems pretty simple but for some reason I am not able to get it to work. Attached are diagrams of...

1995 Hmmwv won't move in reverse

3 ) Re the reverse servo. Is this something that can be replaced without taking the transmission out? 4) what is the rear band? 5 and 6) I assume that means taking the transmission out 7) I looked that one up can this be changed without removing the transmission?

1995 Hmmwv won't move in reverse

I have a 1995 Humvee with the older style transmission, no Park, only 1, 2, D, N and R and no transmission control module. The other day it just stopped going in reverse. The shifter will easily go in reverse but no power to make the vehicle move. For a while I was able to get a little...

HMMWV in limp mode no trans light

Interesting, I never thought about that strategy. The vehicle did have 17,000 miles on it which is one of the higher mileage Humvees I have bought from them as it is usually shows much less. I do realize you cannot really go on the odometer reading but nevertheless it was high.

HMMWV in limp mode no trans light

Thanks, that is a very useful document I had not seen it before. Re the "swapping parts", I never did swap any parts I just reconnected all the wires that they had disconnected. Fortunately all the wires had the proper numbers on the silver tabs that made it easy to reconnect everything. I...

HMMWV in limp mode no trans light

I just purchased another HMMWV (M1151A1) and to my surprise this one was also in limp mode just like the one I posted here back in 2020. My initial thought was, here we go again, some more cut wires. To my surprise there were no cut wires just a lot of disconnected wires in the fuse area behind...

HMMWV in limp mode no trans light

Thank you. Worked like a charm. Humvee is out of limp mode, Trans light is now on and she cruises at 50 mph no problem and shifts gear automatically. Why would the government cut these wires. It was cut in such a fashion that it was almost like they were trying to hide the cut wires. The...

HMMWV in limp mode no trans light

I have a 2003 M10445A2 that I have had for a year now and it has been in limp mode since I purchased it from the government. I have had several people look at it, replaced Transmission control module, protective control box, transmission relay, speed sensors and so forth. When I purchased it...

    E-brake light stays on

So finally got a chance to work on the e-brake light. Disconnected the brake switch at pedal and still light stayed on. Decided to disconnect the cable from the master brake cylinder and connect the connectors together to form a continuous connection and light went out. What is interesting...
