Looking CTIS part aka Hens teeth

Here where I found it. https://www.danaaftermarket.com/spicer-commercial-vehicle/commercial-axle/tire-systems/part/673994-coupling-assembly/673994?catalog=PIMS_NA&partType=PART Yes it adapts the new ctis valve to the stem in the rim. The ones current on my truck are all one piece. Sent...

Looking CTIS part aka Hens teeth

Anyone have a line on these? I'm being told buy distributors that it is "military restricted"? I see 2 on eBay but $22 bucks seems steep. Spicer PN 6773994

hydraulic pump repair kit..... alternative thread?

I used this one, https://memphisequipment.com/Seal-Kit-Air-Hydraulic-Cab-Pump-FMTV-LMTV-p4647.html It's not 100% complete but it worked well for my pump. It no longer spits oil out of the exhaust. The kit does not include the thick clearish main seal.

Gear Lash and Driveline Vibrations - It wasn't the drivelines

Something to consider. I had my truck on jack stands and took it up to speed without tires just brake drums installed. I know this was super sketchy. I still felt some vibration at high speed even with freshly rebuilt and balanced drive shafts and “new” gears. I’m not sure how this will play out...

Gear Lash and Driveline Vibrations - It wasn't the drivelines

Just got my high speed gears in a few weeks ago. I had my driveshafts rebuilt as well. Here is a video is with my new rear section. Still had the paint on the gear teeth. https://drive.google.com/file/d/19OgwdaOjyviIIqoZ59H8bKlc8Owq4NLc/view?usp=drivesdk Hope that helps Sent from my...

    LMTV Air intake hose source

Anyone have a source for 4720-01-439-5076 #32? Mine is chaffed and worn through in a few spots. I'm thinking about using one of these in 4" Silicone hose

What are you using to seal up the turret cover?

After lots of research I used 3M 740 UV. Paintable sandable and extremely durable. I "wet set" into a bead then sealed the recess around the cover as well as the new 316 ss bolt heads.

Mounting Warn Severe duty 18 winch

Mine is not the most elegant but it’s done. Which is a plus for me since the punch list for this build is huge. Also it is SOLID. When I loaded the winch it didn’t even flex. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Mounting Warn Severe duty 18 winch

Right now no where. Not sure what I am going to do with them yet. As the cab tilts there is about 3/16" between the mask and the corner of the winch box. 100% no. I had to get special "U" shackles to fit. The winch is stuffed in the box and the box is very close to the lugs. I don't intend...

Mounting Warn Severe duty 18 winch

Got the box welded in and the winch bolted up. Tested it yesterday, it pulls the truck up hill no problem. Now I just need to pull the winch out to run the wiring and make the cover.

Ha! well that was my plan so thank you for the info!!

Mounting Warn Severe duty 18 winch

I was talking about that with one of my machinists today. I’m not sure that I want to limit that tub from twisting. By the way it’s designed it seems like it may be engineered to flex. Which is why I’ll weld the gussets and one bead along the bottom. Hopefully not interfering the torsion flex...
