    door/window weatherstripping

OK, I need some advice please. With all the things I have had to fix, correct, fabricate or figure out how to do, I am at a loss regarding the weather stripping for the door windows. I ordered NOS WS sets & I have had nothing but problems trying to install it so the windows seal AND function...

    Draft Pads

I just ordered the draft pads from (the dreaded) EBAY yesterday. They are being represented as being NOS so I took the chance. Looks there are a few still available so if anyone else is willing to take the chance... I will post back if they are really NOS or not once they arrive...

Still got a ways to go but here we are as of last weekend (new shoes) Have all the window, hood & fender rubber coming in the next few days from John @ MWM, so that will be the next project.

what is the purpose of these parts?

2 questions... Can someone please explain what the bracket on the passengers side of the bed is for? The holes don't line up with the mounting holes for the troop seats and there is no hole at the top to drop something into it. I have yet to find a picture of anyone using this to mount...

    Parking Brake & Speedo cable

I was actually able to crawl under the M last night for a few minutes & it appears that all of the speedo cable parts are present in the TC so I am not sure where the fluid came from. There is acually no fluid on or in the area of the hookup at the TC. I will have to tear the brake assy apart...

    Parking Brake & Speedo cable

ST, I assume it will be very evident if something like the gear or adapter is missing? Will there just be a hole into the TC and no place for the cable to index? thanks, Ken

    Parking Brake & Speedo cable

I was going to adjust my parking brake yesterday & ran into a snag. It appears that I have run out of adjustment on both the adjustment bolt & the “J” bolt with the springs. Upon further investigation, it seems that basically the top 1/3 of the brake lining is not even there so that’s probably...

    Vacuum Wipers

Does anybody run an auxiliary electric vacuum pump to power their wipers so you don’t go through the issues of low/high vacuum during acceleration/deceleration? If you have, what did you use? I’m not sure how much vacuum is required for a “normal” wiper speed. I came across a few different...

Small riveted bracket on pass. side hood?

brian, $10 is more than generous. Thanks. BTW, just to make sure we are on the same page... I need the rod & the bracket that "screws" to the windshield (outside end on the passenger side). I do not need the hood bracket or the bracket that is welded to the windshield (closest to the center of...

    Soft Top noise isse

In a never ending attempt to silence out some of the inherent noises that an M37 has, I have found that one of the very irritating sounds is the rope tie-down "grommets" slapping against the body. I am thinking I may take my top to an upholstery shop & see if a flap can be sewn inside the cover...

Small riveted bracket on pass. side hood?

Brian, that would be awesome if you had these parts. The bracket that is welded to the window frame is still on my M37 so I would not require that piece. All I need is the rod and the bracket that requires the 2 screws. thanks, Ken
