Do you disconnect with truck running or not running my lights are flashing after I replaced batteries. Before the battery replacement they were not all connections on battery are clean and correct?

I replaced the batteries and have everything hooked up correctly however when I start it up it runs drives fine but abs and ctis lights are flashing. Any thoughts? did I not do something? any help greatly appreciated thanks Ken

Ok I did the same thing left battery switch on killed batteries I'm in process of charging them now but one of them doesn't seem to cooperate my battery charger starts making lots of noise. Fried?. If so where do I get these batteries or can I replace with one from local truck shop any difference ?
