Replaced batteries now Abs and ctis lights are flashing?....

I replaced the batteries and have everything hooked up correctly however when I start it up it runs drives fine but abs and ctis lights are flashing.
Any thoughts?
did I not do something?
any help greatly appreciated

Which lights are flashing? Have you tried resetting the unit?

Are you sure you hooked up all the wires to the batteries exactly the way they were?

What was the voltage on the new batteries? The ABS system is very voltage sensitive.

Yes the wires are hooked up correctly as per the diagram under the seat. I did go from four batteries to two, however voltage and Cca are the same.
The amber light on dash that says abs is flashing and the ctis lights that are next to gear selector next to the hi way,sand,etc buttons are the ones flashing.

mentioned was did I reset the unit. No please tell me how I do that.

Any ideas?

Turn truck off...unscrew cannon plug on back of CTIS module on side of trans shifter, say "STEEL SOLDIERS" 5 times, then screw it back on and start truck.
