Drove around the block and noticed the oil pressure was around 10 at idle when I stopped. Looked under truck and oil everywhere. Checked the dipstick. .. no bueno!
How hard is front seal to change?
Everything gone through... good to go. I did use just under a gallon on mine just to make sure everything was flushed out good. Shouldn't need that much to rebleed after air pack install
I was only asking if air in the lines would keep the air pack from working so I could order one, if need be. The only thing I would be saving money on would be the fluid, because I would have to rebleed the system after replacement. I plan on in flushing the entire system when im sure its all...
If the brake lines have air, will that keep the air valve from opening? I have a really soft pedal that doesn't pump up hard. I know there's air in there, but I don't want to waste money on fluid if it's not going to do anything.

False joy on the air pack. Not working. Found one for 409. Need it going by next weekend, so I don't have time to try a rebuild and scramble for a unit if rebuild doesn't work.
WOOHOO!!!!!!! went ace and got a 55 cent spring... installed in fuel delivery valve STARTS ON IT'S OWN NOW. That put me at 2k for the truck, 1.02 for the hh clip, 45.00 for the overflow tee I probably didn't need, and 55 cents for the spring. I'm into this truck for 2046.57. Tagging it monday...
Correct. I did not get the spring. From what I understand, the spring is sized for length and tension when calibrating the hh when building and testing. I could be wrong, but , I would need the length on the old spring. I have part of it that I could match up for tension and diameter. Now...
