    m35a2c starter issue

By getting it to start by jumping the wires, so I wouldnt think its a dead spot. The next time the problem shows up, use a multimeter, see what voltage is at the starter when the button is depressed. If you get starting voltage at the starter while the button is depressed at the starter, then I...

    m35a2c starter issue

Theres a copper disk that corrodes you can clean up on top the starter. Mine did the same thing and I just freshened up that disk. Files for points or a welding tip file will work just fine. Do you get more of a click or a hard clank/thwack when trying to start?

Adding oil to fuel of m35a2

Agreed, not only is biodiesel from other feedstock lower in lubricating value, it is also more corrosive when left idle. Although carbon steel will be fine(generally), yellow metals, cast, and soft metals such as zinc and aluminium experience the brunt of its corrosive properties. Polymers and...

    Botched Cargo Cover Repair

Oh ****, I'd be pissed too. That's just not right. Once you get the cover mounted you should be able to put a bit of behr on it. A very light wiping with MEK should remove the adhesive, but follow it up with a dry lint free towel directly after. It's too bad they couldn't do it right the first...

    M1010 Fuel Issues

Ive seen em suck air through the fuel filter and cause all kinds of havoc. Could be a plethora of things though. Id run the troubleshooting on it and start simple.

Are exhaust stacks illegal on a pickup truck?

:D I would imagine you could run a flame heater spray nozzle after the turbo on a momentary switch. That should make some smoke once you are warmed up.

Are exhaust stacks illegal on a pickup truck?

I myself could care less what someone does with their personal property. I've met people that think we shouldn't be able to own surplus vehicles in general. To each their own I guess. I can say to the op, go to a lawyer and see if you have reason to dismiss the charges. If you do, follow...

5ton title and license for Michigan

Honestly, I'd have it flatbeded. Unless you have some skill with what to look for, the costs of a breakdown in an unknown (to you) vehicle and a tow to a location where you "might" be able to get parts would quickly exceed the cost of having it delivered to your doorstep. You might get lucky and...

    DUKW Crash Fatalities

Heres a few pics to identify the dukw/duck vehicles and to note the evolution of the vehicles: Military DUKW Duck v1 (this hull was used during the 80's into the 2000's, noted by the open rear deck and the short wheelbase. this model was retained in areas with confined streets) Duckv2...
