    A2 M1123 - Troubleshooting Stop Lamp Switch

This thread is very helpful, My 2000 M1123 is having similar brake light issues. All other lights work well and without issue. I didn't have any brake lights and I knew I wanted to upgrade to LED TruckLite's all around so I did it. I installed a new new brake switch along with the new LED...

M1123 Doors & Soft Top Fitment Issues

Right on... violence is typically bad and gets expensive quickly (LOL). A standard aluminum plate should work fine in these examples I am guessing. In order for the to move the windshield forward, I will have to loosen both the center and right side brackets, then place the shims and...

M1123 Doors & Soft Top Fitment Issues

NDT, I also read on another thread that you should start from the front and work back. Does that mean that The B pillar shoudl be adjusted before adjusting the windshield? I've started with the inside leaf bolts and it's has loosened the windshield. I'm concerned with I tighten them again...

M1123 Doors & Soft Top Fitment Issues

Derrinh, did this work? I am having a similar issue and my "Don't Break It" mind set is keeping me from digging in further. Need to get it set up.

    Insulated Softtop Feedback

Agreed, and never under estimate the heat from the trans tunnel.... my M37 has no insulation below and you can feel the heat in the summer. The new (new to me) M1123 should be a bit better with the insulation on the floors and tunnel walls. Therefor the root of the question.

    Insulated Softtop Feedback

Great point, but my thought is all vehicles do when parked. I was theorizing that radiant heat from the sun will not just bake the driver head from above when driving etc since the top is insulated. That was my thoughts anyways.

    Insulated Softtop Feedback

I am researching and considering the Artic Insulated Softtop for my M1123 which I am converting to a 4 man set up. I live in eastern NC and this unit doesn't have AC. I'm not as concerned about AC as My M37 doesn't have it either, but it does get hot in the summer :). Has anyone opted for the...

Help! I'm burning up coils in my M43!!

I finally rooted my problem in the voltage regulator. Once that sucker was replaced, my system has been rock solid.

1953 M37 Carb Flooding. Assistance needed.

I read through this entire thread and I have to tell you, this is a great group of people. I am having a very similar issue with my 54 M37. Cool days (in Florida) I could drive my M early in the mornings with little issue but as soon as the engine heated up, it would sputter to the side of...

    Grease on Brakes

Thanks Superdave, Scottgs and others. I pulled the brakes, cleaned a ton of funk (Grease, mud, clay, brake fluid, etc etc) off of the brakes, hubs, wheels and associated hardware. It looks like the brake fluid and lots of lube over time has helped to create a real nice mess. The good thing is...

    Grease on Brakes

Great feedback, Thank you!! I pulled the brake shoes and WC, then got to cleaning as much as i could. It was pretty nasty but remarkably little decay :) I've got new hoses for it as well so I'll put those in too. I want to make sure this thing will stop when I need it too.

    Grease on Brakes

PROBLEM: I have grease all over the inside of the brake budd, brake shoes, etc etc.... QUESTION: Is this a hint at another large problem? BACKGROUND: My newly purchased M37 has sufficient brakes for the few miles that I drove it. Then, the brakes became very soft and then non-existent...
