Thanks for your help everyone, we hooked up the glad hands and everything went smoothly (thanks to some knowledgeable friends that helped out). The missing cage bolts turned out to be in one of the side panels, though thankfully we didn't need them. Man this thing is heavy!

Thanks. They are not caged (based on the photos) but I'm hopeful the bolts are in their storage space. I found caging bolts on Napa, but there seemed to be different models available so I was hoping someone could link me to the right ones. Yeah, I definitely don't have a forklift that big...
