The CTIS system isn't usually responsible for slow leaks, it's usually the O ring, I've replaced the O rings on 3 slow leaking tires on my truck...problem solved.

I have a similar problem....a couple of tires on my A3 have slow leaks (takes about 5 days) I suspect the CTIS system but who knows....What tire did you end up installing?
