bought this TC togehter with a th400.
The owner said, that this combo is from a K5.
It has a 32 spline input shaft and has exact the same lenght like my NP208.
It has an electric speed sensor.
Unfortunately the tag on the TC is not there.
At the beginning, I thought its a NP241, but...

I will remove the rust and grime, clean everything, polish the gears, as good as I can, rebuild it with a master kit and run with this original gears :)

I bought a GM 10.5 14bff with a detroit locker in it and 4.56 gears, which was in a M1008, for my M1009.
Disassambled it and saw rust on one of the teeth :(
I want to rebuiuld it, so it doesnt make sense, to run it with rusted gears, so I need to order new gear set (want to stay...

I will try to conclude:
* use the dropped pitman arm, makes stress to the steering box.
* Use the raised steering arm, makes the bumpsteer worser, because of the axle wrap during brake operations.
* Use crossover, moves the axle left and right during turn...
