Did they ever put a 5th wheel on a deuce?I came across one today sitting in the wood's the 5th wheel looked to be a low profile and the owner said it came like that. It is the first one i have seen in person.

Hey james do you have any pictures of a 5 ton with the linkage to disengage the auxilitary pto that run's the hydraulic pump on the m817

I went and looked at some more 5 tons today and i took a few more pictures

They are separate, you can disengage the rear auxilitary pto. the linkage to do so is what i'm looking for

I don't know if they ever made a linkage for the 5 ton m800 series.

I've installed a rear facing auxilitary pto off the back of the tranny pto on a m818 w/w, From what i found is that you can engage and disengage it in an out of gear but i have yet to come across the proper linkage to do so. I have seen some home made / custom jobs but i didn't like the big hole...
