I am late posting but you can change the clutch by sliding the engine forward after removing the floor panels and radiator.kepping the engine on a engine hoist.That is the easyest way todo the job.fast and pretty easy.

Ford flat heads have less power the the M180

If it runs and the tires are good then 6,500 is fair to start but don't go over 7,800.About 10 MPG.Put US military tires on with the road tread (round tread instead of flat) these tires will last a whole lot longer,I run them tubless.

I used my Unimog out in California to haul fertilizer up into avocado groves and other supplies wear most trucks could not go.It was worth it just for people to say what the heck is that.
