    Manual CTIS control how to.

So I did this setup. The pressure on the wheel sides will not get above 20 psi and just continues to drain my wheels. Need some idea on what's going on.

    Air compressor coolant pressure

Old post, but did you have to remove ip to change the gasket?

    Hemtt vs M923A2?

If you're off roading/mudding buy 2 5's. You're going to need one to pull the other out. I'm not being a smartass either. These things get stuck easier than you'd think, and when they're stuck, they're stuck good. There's no such thing as a little stuck in a 22k lb truck.

    Cargo Cover Super Rope

You can get bulk bungee rope from most hardware stores. That would work much better than 550.

    Exhaust Options/Opinions

A straight stack is going to be uncomfortably loud and annoying. I straight piped mine with 6in straight back to the middle of the bed.

Installed a 50 inch led light bar on my M923

I have a 20in bar mounted on my new 5 ton under and behind the front bumper. I'll post a picture tomo

    '94 923A2 Fuel Issues

Make sure it's fuel line rated for diesel. I had an asshat give me 1/2 heater (coolant) hose once and I being none the wiser put it on. It barely lasted a week.

    '94 923A2 Fuel Issues

Putting 2 or 3 psi on the system and letting it sit would probably be the easiest. But I'd just replace it all and be done with it.

    '94 923A2 Fuel Issues

A leaking fuel line won't always drip fuel. I had a leaking line that sucked in air while the truck was running. As long as it was running it was ok, but as soon as I stopped it wouldn't restart without bleeding the air.

Fan engaged today and hit 200 degrees on Cummins 8.3 for first time....why??

Has anyone experimented with the fan set points? I know that with some diesels you can raise the fan set point a bit and squeeze some more efficiently out of them.

Fan engaged today and hit 200 degrees on Cummins 8.3 for first time....why??

No problem, I'm glad it was an easy fix.

Fan engaged today and hit 200 degrees on Cummins 8.3 for first time....why??

There is an air bleed line that goes from the top of the cold side of the rad to the overflow tank. Mine was clogged and caused the rad to air-lock. I replaced the water pump and t stat and pulled the end caps from the radiator to clean it out. It took me hours to figure out I had a simple...

    My M923a2 6in Stack mod.

When my truck was straight piped in the stock location it was loud. I can't imagine what that 6in sounds like. Probably a bit more bearable since the straight piped 4 in is a little raspy and the 6 in deeper.

    Towing m936a2

On the regular 939s you can remove the soft top, the muffler, and intake stack to shorten the truck a bit. I dont know how high the wreckers crane sticks up above the hood.

What mods would you say are the most important or give the most utility to a deuce?

This dont try to reinvent the wheel. Buy and enjoy it first. They are slow, rough riding, cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Part of the hobby is learning to embrace the suck.
