It's best to find a donor vehicle to pull all the parts you need. Everything from the 6.5 should transfer over to a 6.2. Oil to turbo line and the drain, headers, crossover pipe, and intake.

I drove it to work yesterday and the wait to start light has been working fine. I wait about 5-10 seconds before I hit the starter. It starts better than it EVER has! https://vimeo.com/119693184
changed the glow plugs today and it started right up really easy! Waited till the wait light went off. The glow plugs came out really easy.
Just checked it after its sat for about five hours and the wait light didn't turn on and when it disengaged the glow plugs it clicked on and off like it...
So I've noticed with my M1009 that it won't start unless I put a 12v 50amp battery charge on the front battery. The resister is bypassed. The glow plugs cycle a lot faster with the extra power on the front battery. It won't start without it unless it's already been running. When I tried it...
Haha. The seat works well enough and has great ventilation for super hot days. Kinda have to "know" how to sit in it but it'll make you a little stiff after a day of wheeling.
I have a set of seats out of a dodge to put in there but I haven't had time to fab up the mounts or even think about...
They don't rub all the time but flexed, it's really bad. I have tread missing from rubbing the fenders and the fenders are pretty messed up now too. It's worse on the drivers side than the passenger side.
4" lift. Off road they rub the fenders really bad in the front. No issues in the back. I removed the sway bar which made the tires rub more. 33"
On road there are no issues so it depends on what you are going to do with your truck.
