If my Aunt Freida had balls she'd be my Uncle Fred.rofl
Now THAT is funny.........even got my wife to laugh!
That's awesome! I've wondered how many exist today......
I'm sure that one, no matter how rough, is worth big dollars!
Thanks for posting.
Gotta go......8 point just walked through the yard!!!!!!!!!!!
Glad no injuries were sustained.......amazing with all the damage.
Dumb question.........I had heard the Buffalos were designed to take that kind of damage and be repaired. True??
In the mid 90s, there were scrap yards in downtown Charleston (SC) that had the very doors/hatches you are looking for. This was some time after the naval base/shipyard closed, and there was still a boatload (pun intended) of shipboard surplus items there. You never know what they set...
Your work never fails to amaze me!!
Where at in Sweden are you from? I've traveled to Vargarda and Gothenburg for work before.........too much fun!!! I could have stayed in Gothenburg for a long while:wink:
A lot of those Buffs were cut up....not sure how many are left. Even the F16As are now being converted to drones.........seems they are running out of F-4s .
Very few aircraft make it out of DM alive........and no, FMS does not count as making out out alive, I'd rather seen them smelted...
