Check the air tanks, the secondary has two petcocks. people got lazy and may not have drained all three petcocks. I got suspicious when my wipers started spitting rusty water. it also cost me 2 airpacks.

Let me know the next get together, i'll fire up my deuce and show up for a meet and greet.

Fire extinguisher removed trans cover, painted it, mounted fire extinguisher. replaced hood hold downs.

I replaced the front turn signal assemblies.

I got a new to me m1101 trailer with bill of sale from another SS member. I went to register it and was told that i needed a certificate of origination from the manufacturer. has anyone else in Florida run in to this?

A neighbor of mine in FL and fellow SS member has one for sale. it was purchased from another SS member. in good shape and well maintained. Not $2000,..$8500 obo.. btw.. i am an uninterested party.. mine is not for sale.

I have had my former Air Force deuce for just over a year. i don't think it was out of the service a year before i bought it. it's an '89 in service until maybe '11 or '12. love the green hardware..
