I pushed the old bushings out with a clamp. I used thumb power to push the new ones in. Small whack with the dead blow to center everything up.

I just replaced mine yesterday while installing the sway bar disconnect kit. I used offroaddesign's sway bar bushing kit. $20, fit perfectly.

Um, its rather rough. With no shims the keys hanging out of the ignition were jingling a good one. With both the 2.5 and 4 degree shims, it is still a concerning shutter but not quite to that magnitude. I'm not driving it except for test drives.
