this is a remote pull starter. the little box inside is supposed to wrap a starter cord on. you need 2 12v batteries inside to fire it up. so far the 2 trickle chargers and the switches and connectors are all its worth. you could hobby a few neat things in the plastic box.

Bingo. Their intent is to make sure they pay the taxes. It is your decision to make it streetable. They will refund the taxes , you just have to be willing to deal with their process. Sucks as is, but you get to drive green or tan stuff.

What does the oil pressure do? If the lower pump is having trouble, it won't make oil pres. Mine will start and die, then will have to spin until pres comes up. It then runs fine. Just saying watch oil while cranking. If no pres, no fuel from injector.

I meant the modulator would be bad if it pulls trans fluid.

Harbor freight Autozone Napa Pep Boys you can get a hand pump for $20 at Harbour freight and connect directly to the vac line on the trans. drive about 20mph and pump the vac. it should change . if it pull trans fluid, then you know the accumulator is junk. it can also be stuck.
