I already found out that the "rebuilt" 3-53 that came with my goat had internal parts loose and a bolt missing here and there. Found out yesterday that the cam bearings spun in the block! Very disappointing! Also, had a NOS tailgate in the trailer. Somebody stole it! Talking about...

hardtop Thanks for all the replies. I was concerned about those two loops. I'm not going to start cutting on the windshield to make the hardtop fit. So if anyone is interested in a hardtop to restore, I have one for sale. I favor canvas anyway. Thanks again for all the advice. Mike Pilcher

Does anybody know what, if any, modifications have to be made to my M37 windshield or cab in order to install the military hardtop? I know holes have to be drilled, but are there any parts that need removed or altered? :?: Thanks Mike Pilcher

m101a1 casting I suggest you go to the G503 site and scrollow down to the 1/2 ton trailer heading. There are a couple of threads there about M101 parts. Check it out. Snuffy
