I am not sure many of the folks that are interested in Russian vehicles would expect to see one for sale on SS - so thought I would post up here in case somebody was wanting to get into Soviet Wheeled APCs and would not think to look in the Classifieds. ;-)...
I am not sure that is a UAZ replacement engine - there are a lot of variations on that same theme though.
Usually the UAZ engines are marked in the upper left and start with 414, 417 or 451

I went with the UAZ model since it is the slightly larger version (and the tires and reflectors on this one are the UAZ variant) - this one has the data plate of the GAZ model - so might even be that tiny bit smaller

And here is the other one - it has a bent rear beam (from an unfortunate rear-end crash) but the stabilizing leg still works. Its top is in really nice condition.
