I had 2 Deka Group 31 950CCA batteries that I bought in 2008 in my truck. I just replaced them with Napa Commercial Group 31 (#BAT 7136) , also 950CCA.
The Deka batteries gave good service, only recently started cranking slower. Tested them with a Harbor Freight Viking digital battery tester...
I had a similar problem. The insurance company would not recognize my M1028 as a D30, they kept insisting it was a K30. They inspected the truck in person, looked at the data plates and still insisted there could not be such a truck. I even had a copy of the VIN decoder to show them...
