I've had mine for a little over 2 years. I put 18k miles on them so far. They're starting to get thin on tread but still get me around the woods and creek where I like to play.
I'm going to get a "new" set off Ebay one of these days. I kept dreaming about some fancy tires like boggers but...
Same thing happened to me when I ordered mounts from RockAuto. I drilled out the rivets on both sets of mounts put the new rubber in the old clams shells. Been like that for 2 years now
Clutch fan will outflow any electric fan that would fit. For a CUCV that's the best way to go IMHO. Electric fans are used on new trucks solely for emissions / efficiency reasons. I've used them in the past on hot rods where throttle response was important. Doesn't really matter on the old 6.2
I made an air intake out of PVC pipe from hardware store and stuck a K&N filter on the end. The CDR valve I moved behind the intake where the OE 6.5 fuel filter used to be. I ran the outlet of the CDR in front of the turbo.

Pyrometer and cheap usually don't go together. I got my VDO from Summitracing. It was the cheapest one I could find that came with the gauge and the probe in one kit p/n 310153
It does. Take the vacuum valve off the IP and bolt the TPS on. The TPS is slotted so you will have to adjust it depending on which controller you get. I got mine from RockAuto. The silly thing was $100+ but it's all worth it for the overdrive :)
