No, I just cleaned them with Brake cleaner. I am not sure the part is available. i would think a brake shop could rivit some new brake material on the piece.

I have now rebuilt two winches with new seals and bearings. The total parts run about $300 but I have no more oil leaks. Both winches got water in them at some point and rusted the bearings. In the photo section I have a diagram with the part numbers for the seals from Napa and a commericial...

Throw out the box and cut off the metal plug and you will have your plug and pigtail. I will try to find schematic that came with it.

Email this fellow. He sold me a NOS plug and it comes with a pigtail attached that you can hook up to a small metal box that converts to 6 volt. You can apparently convert it to 12volt. I haven't figured that part out yet but the price was $40.00 and it was all still wrapped in a paper box from...

It just quit. I have not taken it apart yet. I will do a little exploratory surgery and see what is wrong that is obvious.

One piece windshield I noticed on Memphis website that they have refurbished trucks with the windshield you want. Call them and see what they say.

Window seals I haven't figured out the window seals yet. The top came with a 1 inch wide stip of 1/8' foam material which I am not sure if it fits between the windshield or is to be applied to the window channel areas. I hate to put the foam on as it looks like it will detract from the overall...

Rear Window Jeff, I assume they sell the rear window seperately as they stock the top without the window and add it if you request it. My sales person in parts was ED and he has been quite helpful over the past several months.
