Looking for info on Walter Kidde E32R2 flame thrower compressor

Checked through my photos and I don’t think I’ve got any. I will probably be by the container in a month or so, I will try to get some if I can remember.

Looking for info on Walter Kidde E32R2 flame thrower compressor

Unfortunately, no. I had actaully aquired two of them, a friend has the other. I believe they got the engine running but could not build air pressure. I am currently living in an apartment and have all of my equipment in a conex, so have not been able to work on anything in the past year.

IEC60309 IEC309 Pin and Sleeve Connectors

For the oven look up cam loks. Often used for power connections over 60a. They are single pole, one for each conductor. Not by any means idiot proof to the extent of pin and sleeve as there’s nothing to prevent missconection but if you know what you are doing they are an affordable option...

Who has a smart power meter on their home? Are you monitoring the data?

As far as the accuracy and sampling rate in my case I was amazed at the sensitivity. It will register a 2 watt difference when I plug in a USB phone charger and seems to have maybe 5 seconds lag. I can see every single spike of the fridge compressor starting, then running. I'm sure it depends...

identifying military generator from photo(possibly 30 or 60 kw)

Had a chance to go look at the unit, seems to say it's a 45kw on the data plate and 1972. I will not be persuing it as I don't really currently need one or have the time and resources to retrieve it and only really wanted a 30kw anyways. Here is a picture of the data plate, my apologies as my...

identifying military generator from photo(possibly 30 or 60 kw)

This is the only other photo they have up, they said they'd try and get me one of the name plate but I was trying to get a rough idea in advance, thanks!

identifying military generator from photo(possibly 30 or 60 kw)

There is a genset for sale relatively local to me however the seller seems rather unfamiliar with it and is therefore not sure of its specifications, wondering if anyone could hazard a guess to the model from ther photo, seller said they thought it was 50kw but I was under the impression the...

    Hale P250 Water pump

Yes, that dose not seem out of line.

    Hale P250 Water pump

I don't believe there'd be any issue with premixing oil, I've never attempted to see how well fuel would draw without the pump though. With a proper closure a jerry can could be put on its side on top like the boat fuel tank I'd think. For Hoses you will need to buy from a firefighting...

    Hale P250 Water pump

The cooling water flow is diverted of the main pump impeller. As far as a fuel pump mine has a diaphragm pump ran off the crank case pressure fluctuation that proportions fuel and oil from a seperate reservoir. I don't know that it provides all that much pressure as the fuel tank sits on top of...

    Hale P250 Water pump

Sorry to say looks like prices have gone up a bit since I last looked when I was working on my pump a couple years back, but it looks like they are still available. I'm not 100% sure but If I recal correctly I believe OMC or Johnson 55 hp carburetors (and what I searched on eBay) where...

    Hale P250 Water pump

Sorry to revive this, but if anyone is still looking to convert from propane I've seen the standard gas carburetor sets available on eBay for less than 150 for these engines as well as rebuild kits with jets, gaskets, etc.

Looking for info on Walter Kidde E32R2 flame thrower compressor

Brian- thanks for the pointer, I actually have his book and had remembered after your suggestion. There is a CD of TM's included with the book that I just checked, it has minimal info on the compressors though. I sent him an email and will see if he has anythin. And Isaac, I believe I've come...
