Thanks I will try the ATF. I have a junk M1009 I got from GL at OKC I might just take the heads off and get a valve job on them and just swap out the heads. Anyone know what the going price of a valve job is????? Thanks again.

One of the steps in the -20 for changing the fuel filter is to remove the fuel tank cap to release the pressure. So I would say it is OK.

Might want to CK your rubber brake lines. They have been known to pop.

What Luck. I hope things get better. Right now I have both Gen light on real dim. I have a junk-V so I took both of the Alt. and got them rebuilt for $145 and will put them on next weekend.

Most of the AF trucks I was around (Blue Flightline) had the door markings and tags with US AIR FORCE 85K####. I didnt know if the M1009 had tags or if they were painted on the front and back. Where did they come up with thre K in 85K####? Thanks
