    M939 Air tank help

Curious, that's tank number 3, when you drain your air tanks, do you get air from that tank? I get very little and I noticed that when truck is not running but still on (battery still on) I get one blow of the horn even though both primary and secondary tanks are at 120 psi. Trying to figure...

    M939 Won't build air pressure

Great, thanks for the info! So far, mine builds 30 psi weather engine is warm or cold. I replaced the air dryer and it built to 40 psi then built no further... Still reading, ordering parts, and troubleshooting. Thanks again for the threads, great info!

    M939 Won't build air pressure

I am having the same issue with not building pressure past 30psi, I did find air steadily coming from the air dryer purge valve. Listening to others advice, I replaced the dryer with a brand new unit, turns out I still can't build pressure. Going to replace governor but I think my issue is with...

My M923A2 wont build air pressure past 30-40 PSI in Primary/Secondary air tanks??

Thanks, I ordered and air dryer but I want to make sure I am headed down the right road, waiting a week for parts keeps the truck sitting more than moving..

My M923A2 wont build air pressure past 30-40 PSI in Primary/Secondary air tanks??

I have a similar problem, had truck out the other day, on the way home I noticed air dryer stopped sneezing and I started to lose pressure, luckily I made it home. Anyhow both primary and secondary won't build past 30psi now and the purge valve on air dryer has a constant flow of air from it.. I...

M939 CTIS Reprogram, Anybody Done It?

So, according to dana/Spicer trouble shooting manual you are telling me you can't communicate with the system at all? I would assume there is a female plug to read ctis ECU then a separate plug to plug into the female vehicle bung... I was thinking that the dana/Spicer program would run the ctis...

M939 CTIS Reprogram, Anybody Done It?

So, I replaced a front wheel valve that was cracked.. This is the first time I ever had a solid highway light on the ECU! What are the pressures supposed to be, it aired me up to 90psi in highway mode.?.?.?

M939 CTIS Reprogram, Anybody Done It?

One thing I noticed about my ctis, it seems like it'll air down (deflate) without a problem. My problem comes when I try to air back up to a pressure above I. E. Going from sand to highway, my system shuts off (5 flashing lights) before it hits highway pressure. When it shuts off, all of my...

M939 CTIS Reprogram, Anybody Done It?

Crap, this is terrible news.. Disappointing. I found one possible problem with my ctis, front driver side wheel valve is cracked at bottom of threads that holds the air tube from hub...new valve is coming today, hope this solves my problem... I doubt I'll be so lucky though... So hard to hear...

M939 CTIS Reprogram, Anybody Done It?

So, there aren't "pre-made" adapters to do this?

    Rebuild Date?

Where on the engine did you find that tag?

    Rebuild Date?

Well, my guy seller said the spare was brand new, even sent me pictures of the little rubber nubs on the tires, turns out he switched it out to a used tire before my carrier picked up the vehicle.
