hndrsonj,
I thank you for your friendly and good advice.
I shall take it right now.
It is nice to find members as "tolerant" and willing to teach new menbers as you are.
It is too bad there are people like "Mikey" who slam new commers instead of helping them.
I realy appreciate your advice...
O.K.
I am "sorry"
I am new and do not know all the rules and protocal.
I meant no offence to you or anyone else.
Perhaps you can forgive a "novice" user.
Or do you just feel a personal need to "slam " me?
I just wired mine directly. I grounded to the frame and supplied power with a 50A toggle switch on dash using a 10A inline fuse. Works well! BUT you must remember to turn it off as it is not tied to stock lighting system. Then again.....Hard not to notice you left a STROBE LIGHT on!!
Question on winterizing:
I have heard of adding alchohol to air system.
1968 M35A2 Multifuel.

( I drain airtanks EVERY time I shut truck down)
THANK YOU!!!

To: Brentzilla and Rivrdog,

1) I think you should be happy to find insurance with no " limitations" . Period.
2) Rivrdog - I think I know what happened at you insurance agent....
Try to renegotiate based on vehicle weight...
I intend to plow with my M-35A2. Lots of weather here in Maine.
Does Anyone have info to help me with WINDSHIELD WIPERS?

Hi Preacherboy,
are you using the air-motors?
I have had terrible luck with them.
They may work for you now...... when you "jump-start " them.
BUT will they work when you NEED them? Will they "ground" your truck when weather is at it's worst?
I snowplow in Maine and I can't afford to be...
O.K. Great advice. Now for the other - BIGGER- problem. How do I get rid of the blasted air motors!! I want to convert to electric with out spending a fortune.
