you could if you were to do some serious alterations to the cover. basically just hem up the sides so your cover tie downs will still have adequate tension on them to keep your cover on.
read the tm's and what you dont understand from them, there are plenty of people here with hands on experience with the the rigs to give you some tips to help you out.

you can get the soft lines cheap off of certain auction sites, i payed i think 30 for mine. i payed 30 a piece for new wheel cylenders from a member on here so they can be had fairly cheaply. i would also rebuild your master as the kit is economical. i think i payed 35 a piece for brake pads...
