Depending on what version of programming your CTIS unit has it will be 60 or 70 psi for the hwy setting for the Non wrecker trucks...

If the batteries tested good and the vehicle starts just fine in the cold if started and ran every day then I would suggest that you have a electrical DRAIN/Load that is drawing down the batteries when the engine is off. One thing that can cause this is what Doghead mentioned at the very start...
When I first got my truck the air gov was set to about 110-115 psi and had a bunch of issues like you describe. after servicing my dryer and the rest of the system I adjusted my air gov to 130-135 psi and my system is much happier now as well as the CTIS system seems to work better too.
Yes I did Gregg....Tried to be the storm and was just finishing up as it started to come down and get me all wet. Btw the AR holsters we picked up at the show fits my SBR perfectly.
