thank you wsucougerx. yes i have searched it and have come up with a few write-ups, but our deuce was orignaly a m35a2 and we recently put the box on so the electic stuff was never hooked up and have no idea what electric box is for what or even anything like that.
me and my son and turning our m109 into a RV, but we hardly know where to start. we're just looking for tips and advise from people who have done this and know what they're talking about.
move near a mil base. i live between 5-10 miles from fort hood and the neighbors love my m109. what ever you do, dont tell them to "shove it" or anything simiar. that will make things worse
dude, like one other guy said:talk to a civvy contractor to help,ship it out commercialy and have someone pick it up or wait til you get back to pick it up....or put you unit numbers on it and claim it as a experamental armored car

ok i know a deuce isnt a cucv but i found a pic of girls taking jello shots at a party under the passenger seat of my deuce. and no they weren't good looking.
ok it seems like work is not gonna be a issue for me and my family attending but i dont know if my M109 on super singles may be the best of ideas. opinions?
i try the same. i store my truck in a storage lot a mile from my house. and i wasnt calling anyone a "crackpot". if anyone here is, it might as well be me. but my point was, if we turn our trucks into billboards and shove the trucks in a neighbors face's, thats what they will think we are.
its not that we dont want to use the freedom of speech, its we dont want to use it on the MVs. as alot of people on here have said "put it on your civvy daily driver, not on a deuce". what people do on their MVs represent the entire MV community because we are so far between. we just dont need...
ok i read the first 3 1/2 pages of this thread and have seen both sides. yes none of us want to "volenteerily surrender" our free speech right, but the MV hobby gets enough flak. i mean we cant just say "put up or shut up" to people regarding the trucks. most people dispise the trucks because...
