    Bjorn, Why don't you seperate the methanol? Granted you'd lose a small amount of power but think of the benefit you'd gain. You could very easily recycle the methanol for reuse and reduce how much methanol you would need to purchase thereby reducing your cost per gallon of biodiesel produced...

    If you need a new flywheel go here http://www.flmv.net/cucv.htm rather than a local auto parts emporium. I replaced my flywheel last year and replaced the Bendix drive (that's the part with the gear that drives the flywheel) on the starter. No problemo since. I spent $125 for a new flywheel...

    Block heaters make a big difference in cold weather starting ease BUT there is one little iitty bitty item that can kill the block heater. Always before you start the engine unplug the heater....if you don't the vibration the engine (gas or Diesel) WILL cause it to fail much earlier than it...
