Okay, quick update. I now have the engine running completely. It appears 24 v DC is functioning. No panel activity on generator unless I hold the start stop run button on start. Then the HZ flickers and steadies at about 54 and the AC voltage steadies at about 200 volts. The 120 volt outlets...
