Did you need to move it with the tractor? I know you like any reason to fire it up.

It could also be the tow vehicle not the trailer. Was the trailer hooked to tow vehicle? Do you have another truck to hook to?

This GPW was brought by the family in 1984 from Sarafans right out of a shipping container. It was in Europe in WWII then later was part of the lend lease program in Greece. The tub is original with no fixes...by us anyway. It is 12 volt as it was used as a radio jeep. Almost all F marked parts...

Looks awesome! Look into RV windows. You can find them pretty cheap and I have seen ones that could pass for originals.
