Is your main thought for security? If so you could put in a Keyed battery cut off switch, that's fairly easy to do, however a key start is interesting too..

Based on what I know about the Contract No the Middle number is the date for which the contract for the truck(s) were issued in your case 85 so that truck was built in 85 or later.
The M105 is roughly 6x9 so I would say yes it is. Your truck will do fine with it. I towed mine with my Navigator. Hard to get it level though.. unless it's behind my deuce.
