Nope, it was not there. Found it in the storage box behind the drivers seat after I replaced the assembly.
I drove it probably 150 miles before it let go.
I replaced the outside handle with locking Trimark door handles, replaced the door latches with double jaw Bearclaw latches.
If I was doing it again, I would use the single jaw, it fits better!
It is well worth the work involved, the factory stuff is pure junk.

I would like to have a look at your old one to see if it is repairable. I have an electronics tech that works for me and he is good at it.
I could pick it up or,meet you.
Live in Eatonville, work in Puyallup.

Have a look at hortonww.com, they probably made the fan that is installed. They did build the fan clutch! They can provide you a part number and a local dealer. Another huge resource is superiorturbo.com They have helped me out with a lot of new obsolete parts, I would not be surprised if they...
I manage a large fleet with a number of Cat C7 engines. Sensors, Injectors and HEUI pumps are a constant problem, along with an occasional dropped exhaust valve. The 3126 and C7 are closely related, nearly identical engines.
The C7 has a design life of 18,000 hours, most of mine are lucky to...
An automotive leakdown tester is a godsend for troubleshooting CTIS. Just remove the air line on the left side of the PCU, attach the Leakdown tester and pressure to 50 psi. Go over the air system with soapy water and a spray bottle, paying particular attention to the vents on the quick release...
My sending unit has died. has anyone determined which one will work like from Napa?
If not does anyone have a military one for an AO with a 3116?
I would prefer new.
Thanks
Mike
The sleeves go in the top outside bolt holes in the heads.
I have always used old head bolts for guide studs, do not use the in the holes with the guide sleeves!
If they are threaded, just urn them in a thread or so, makes them much easier to remove.
don forget the shims on ther deck surface.
A lot of information about driveline failures, waterpump, starter and alternator bracket cracking.

Are you speaking of the ones that go in the frame mounted brackets?
If so, I have some brackets with good bushings in them. They are FMTV but look like the same stuff.
Come and get them!
I was able to download the entire WTEC2 diagnostic and schematic manual online for free.
I am a little perplexed that you have a square connector at the trans, that was only used prior to 9-94?
I think I already have.
I will have to look?
I searched, did not find a post, I will have to get my part numbers found again and write one.
It's hard work but not terribly complicated.
