I don't think Zout's is too far from the fair grounds. Could we split the difference? Change on departure to 12:15 startup and idle for 10 min. Parade out @ 12:25 (It will only take 5 min to parade out) basically departing for Zouts @ 12:30. Would this work?

I have a Sister & Brother-in-law team with their 2 teenagers that could drive just about anything if we end up with extra vehicle. They will be in UpState SC with me the day before at a family event.

You can see if the track will give you a spot at the Family camping. It is 1 mile away on Speedway property and never full for any of the events I've been to there. The wonderful wife and 4 squirrels want to throw our M35A2 into the hat.
