    Got to A-team turbo and get one of their units. It's way better sized for the gm IDI engines. Well worth the money.

    I have to find it again, but it's a 130 GPM water pump and in combination with the dual thermostat it equalizes the flow through the engine. In factory system, one bank get more flow than the other, or something like that. Be back in a little bit with where the sources are.

    The only decent gas out there right now is C16 which is 116 octane rated, it's leaded, and is race fuel. Other than that, you can convert it to run only on E85. I would stay away from gasoline engines unless your building a race/high HP engine.

    I say go for it. And as extra insurance install a coolant filter and use Evans waterless coolant. Spring for the high flow water pump and dual thermostat as well. And all should be well.

    Yes the civilians sign for them, but they just sit and receive no maintnance, much less even being started. We also have to continue to support the mission. So rear D operates 8-12 systems. Our A1s had issues at first. But they are working hard now.
