    OK, so I found 2 m-211 1 with winch and one that looks to be a parts truck (or not). The dilema is the city that got them doesnt know if they have titles or not. I contacted the DMV and they show a listing for 2 50's era truck to that town. Before I drop the cash to buy them I need to verify...
