It resembles a WW2 USAAF M6 bomb trailer. Perhaps a reenactor built a replica for airshows, etc.

One doesn't have to "read" the computer link code stuff. Just scroll the mouse cursor over the blue lettering, once the link gets underlined, just double click with your mouse and then your computer screen will magically go to the link I posted. Its that easy!
